HOW TO USE CIVISTA TELEPHONE BANKING

  • Dial 877-224-8493 toll free
  • Follow the Menu Prompts
  • Enter your Account Number and Telephone Banking Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • Press 8* at anytime during the call to switch to voice response

FIRST-TIME USERS

To verify your identity, the first time you call Civista Telephone Banking you will be prompted to enter your account number, followed by your social security number.  Next, you will be prompted to register a four to 10 digit personal identification number for future use.

  • Hear transactions by withdrawals, deposits, ATM transactions, or all transactions
  • Search transaction amount or check number
  • Hear loan payment information
  • Get interest information
3 Transfer Funds or Make a Payment Transfer funds between accounts or make a loan payment
4 Future-dated Transactions Learn about scheduled direct deposits, automatic deductions and transfers
5 Change your Telephone Banking PIN Create a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) for Telephone Banking (4-10 digits)
6 Check Verification Enter Account number and check amount to verify if funds are currently available
7 Update Overdraft Options Opt-in or revoke your consent for the bank to pay your ATM and one-time debit card transactions when your account has insufficient funds
8 ATM/Debit Card Services
  • Activate a Card
  • Report a card lost or stolen
  • Reorder a card
9 Speak to a Customer Service Representative Available Mon-Thurs 8 am - 5 pm,
Fri 8 am - 5:30 pm, Sat 8 am - Noon
