Civista Bank welcomes honest and courteous commentary within its social media communities to share your experience and enhance the conversation. The Civista Bank Social Media Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) have been developed to create a productive, informative and safe page for all users. By using the Civista Bank social media communities you accept and agree to these Guidelines.

Be Respectful. Please refrain from using obscenities, profanity or posting comments that are invasive of another’s privacy, illegal, offensive, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or harmful.

Protect Your Identity. Keep in mind that social networking sites are public. Your online safety is important to us. Please do not post your personal or financial information on this site. Never share your social security number, online banking information, account numbers, debit or credit card numbers. Remember, we will never ask for any personal information from you on our social sites. A Private Message may be requested to learn more about your situation and find the best way to contact you.

No Solicitation, including “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters” or any other form of solicitation.

Offer Constructive and Relevant Feedback. We encourage feedback that will help us enhance your experience at the Civista Bank. If you have a concern with a product or service, please email socialmedia@civista.bank so that we can refer you to the proper channel.

We reserve the right to remove, hide, and delete any posts or block users that do not follow the posting rules described within these Guidelines and reserve the right to remove any post at any time for any reason.
