Click the Enroll Today link below and complete the Mobile Deposit request form.  You will receive an email with your enrollment status by the end of the next business day.

  • Mobile Deposits received by the Bank by 4:00 p.m. EST will be available the next business day.  All checks are subject to verification.
  • Checks must be properly endorsed by the payee.
  • Make deposits totaling up to $1,000 daily or $3,000 monthly.  This total includes all mobile deposits made into any of your designated accounts.


Pay Bills & Person-to-Person (P2P) Payments

Paying bills and sending money to family, friends, co-workers or anyone in the U.S. is easier than ever.  And best of all, it’s free.

To Get Started:

  1. Log in to your Civista Online Banking home page.

  2. Click on the Bill Pay Plus tab from your online banking main menu.

  3. If you are not a current Bill Pay Plus user, accept the terms and conditions when you first log to access your dashboard, then select "Pay a Person" to get started. 

  4. If you are already a Bill Pay Plus user, simply select  “Pay a Person”  from your Bill Pay Plus dashboard to add payees.
